Return & Exchange Policy:

At Charlotte Michelle Co., we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original Charlotte Michelle Co. packaging.
  • Include all original tags, inserts, and accessories.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was sent.

If you need assistance, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a manufacturing defect).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have entered processing. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled.
