30-Day Limited Warranty
Charlotte Michelle Co. provides a 30-day limited warranty from the date your order is delivered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item with the same or a comparable item
- Issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Loose stones due to a manufacturing defect
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Manufacturing defects in the setting
- Defects in craftsmanship present under normal use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or tarnishing
- Bent rings or chains caused by improper handling
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Lost stones due to accidental damage or impact
- Damage caused by chemicals, water, perfumes, lotions, or improper care
- Damage from resizing, repairs, or alterations performed by anyone other than Charlotte Michelle Co.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect
Warranty Claims
To begin a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the item
Claims submitted without proof of purchase may not be eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Charlotte Michelle Co. reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for warranty coverage after inspection.
